GSPACE Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 30, 2026
GSPACE (the gspace.fun website and the GSPACE app) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all chats, groups, meetings and profiles on GSPACE.
Strictly prohibited
- Creating, possessing, sending, requesting or distributing any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, synthetic or AI-generated material.
- Grooming minors, including sexual conversations with minors, asking minors for intimate images, or arranging to meet them.
- Threatening or extorting minors with intimate images (sextortion).
- Recruiting for, facilitating or promoting child sexual exploitation or human trafficking.
- Sexualizing minors in any way.
How to report
- In the app or on the website, tap "Report" on a user or a message (in chats and in meetings) and choose "Sexual content" or "Possibly underage".
- You can also email our child safety contact directly: hello@gspace.fun.
- End-to-end encrypted messages are normally not visible to our servers. When you report one, you can hand that message to us; we verify it and then review it.
What we do
- Reports are handled within 24 hours.
- When a violation of these standards is confirmed, we remove the content and suspend the account immediately.
- The report you submit and a snapshot of the reported message are preserved as evidence, even if the other person recalls the message or deletes their account.
- We report to the competent authorities and cooperate with investigations under Taiwan's Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act and other applicable laws.
Minors
Minors should let a parent or guardian know and get their consent before using GSPACE.
