Delete your GSPACE account

Option 1: Delete it yourself (takes effect immediately)

1. Sign in to GSPACE in the app or on the website.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account, type “DELETE” as shown on screen, then select Delete forever.

If you signed in with Apple, after deleting your account also go to iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → GSPACE → Stop Using Apple ID, to remove Apple’s authorization too.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@gspace.fun from the email address you signed up to GSPACE with, using the subject “Delete account”. Once we confirm it's you, we will delete your account within 30 days.

Data deleted with your account

• Account and profile: email address, name, ID, profile photo, status and title
• Friends, block list and invitations
• The messages and message reactions you sent, and your notes
• Call history, sound and ringtone settings, and push device registrations
• Your connections to AI services
• You also automatically leave all groups

Data kept after deletion

• Reports: kept to handle safety and legal issues, but no longer linked to your account.
• Requests, feedback and call feedback: deleted after 1 year, and no longer linked to your account in the meantime.
• Connection logs: for each provider's retention period.
• Meeting records (code, participants, times): used to count time and seats, and no longer linked to your account after deletion.
• Meeting usage statistics: deleted after 1 year; they don't record the participant list or the host's account.
