GSPACE Terms of Service

The service

• GSPACE offers text chat, friends, groups and video meetings.
• GSPACE currently offers a free plan. Limits such as meeting length, number of people and the monthly video allowance are as shown on the website and in the app. When the free monthly video allowance runs out, video pauses until the 1st of the next month; text chat keeps working.
• The host can set a camera rule for a meeting (for example, cameras on for everyone, or audio only). Participants join only after agreeing to it, and the host can remove people who don't follow it.
• The features and prices of the Plus and Pro paid plans are as shown on the purchase page.
• GSPACE may change its prices. Before any price increase, we will notify users by email at least 14 business days in advance.

Your account

• You can sign up with a Proton email address, or sign in with a third-party account offered on the website.
• Please give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in accounts safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If someone else gets into your account, email hello@gspace.fun as soon as possible.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings (deletion is immediate and cannot be undone).

Minors

Minors should let a parent or guardian know and get their consent before using GSPACE.

Rules

GSPACE has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When using GSPACE, you must not:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights (such as copyright, image rights or privacy).
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, harass, threaten or bully anyone, or spread hate or discrimination.
• Share pornographic, violent or otherwise illegal content. Any content that sexually exploits children or minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Record, screenshot or share meetings or other people's messages without their consent.
• Send spam, ads or malware, use automated scripts at scale, or interfere with, attack or break into GSPACE.
• Sell, rent or transfer accounts.

Your content

The messages, video and audio you send belong to you (or to their original rights holder). To provide the service, you allow us to transmit, store and display them as needed — for example, delivering a message to its recipients or relaying meeting audio and video to participants. How long we keep them is described in the Privacy Policy.

GSPACE does not record video or audio; meeting audio and video are never saved.

Blocking, reporting and enforcement

You can block anyone and report messages or users. We act on reports within 24 hours.

If these terms are broken, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts, and we will work with the authorities in serious or illegal cases.

Paid plans, payment and refunds

• Prices include tax. Until web payment is open, the purchase page shows that ordering is paused.
• Buying on the website: you pay once through JKOPAY for a prepaid period (1 month for monthly; for yearly, the number of months shown on the purchase page). It does not renew or charge you automatically. The end date follows your purchase record; we email you 14, 7 and 3 days before it ends and on the day it ends. If you do not buy again, your account returns to the free plan.
• There is no separate free trial, because you can use the free plan first.
• Buying in the app: subscriptions go through the App Store or Google Play. Charges, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds follow each store's rules; cancel in the store's subscription settings.
• Every web payment receives an electronic invoice (e-GUI).
• Cancelling: a prepaid web period does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel; if you do not buy again, you return to the free plan when it ends.
• Refunds: paid plans are online digital services that start right after payment. Under Taiwan's rules on reasonable exceptions to the right of withdrawal in distance sales, once you tick the box at checkout to agree to immediate access (it is never pre-ticked), the 7-day withdrawal right does not apply. Paid plans are not refunded after they start, including pro rata refunds for ending early. For duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or when you cannot use the service for reasons on GSPACE's side, email hello@gspace.fun and we will refund the corresponding amount after checking.
• After your plan ends: paid features stop and you return to the free plan. Fixed meeting rooms beyond the free plan's allowance are suspended and held for 7 days; buy again within that time to get them back, after which they are released to others. AI connections stop; your AI notes and related records are kept and can be used again if you buy again.
• Small donations are voluntary support for GSPACE and do not unlock any features; they are not refunded except for duplicate or wrong charges.

Donations

Small donations on the website are voluntary support for GSPACE. They are not a purchase of goods or services and do not unlock any features. Payment is completed on the payment service provider's page; if you paid the wrong amount or have any question, email hello@gspace.fun.

Changes and interruptions

• We keep improving GSPACE and may add, change or remove features.
• The service may pause or be interrupted because of maintenance, failures, problems at our service providers or other events beyond our control.
• If we ever shut down the whole service, we will try to announce it on the website and in the app in advance.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

GSPACE is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular needs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost data or lost business) caused by using or being unable to use GSPACE. Damage caused by our intent or gross negligence is handled as the law requires.

Third-party services

When you sign in with a third-party account, or open an external link in a message, that service's own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in an important way, we will announce it on the website and in the app and update the date at the top. Continuing to use GSPACE after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes about these terms or GSPACE will be heard first by the district court where the operator is located, unless the law requires otherwise.
